Russia should improve its now state-regulated gas pricing to avoid accusations of subsidizing its industrial producers and paying extra customs duties in export markets, Anatoly Yanovsky, an assistant to the head of the presidential administration, told the Gas of Russia conference in Moscow on Dec. 17.
