Gazprom seems to be gearing up for the imminent launch of Portovaya LNG in northwest Russia. The plant will add around 1.5 million tons per year to export capacity at a time when European spot prices remain extremely high, not least because of the state giant's decision to restrict piped flows to its main export market.
