Russia's national oil pipeline monopoly Transneft has raised serious concerns about the quality of crude oil exports transported via its pipeline network after Rosneft, the country's largest producer, announced that it would from 2024 cease using the Transneft system to ship crude from the Vankor cluster of fields.
