Russia Disputes European Carbon Border Tax

Russian analysts agree that Moscow looks unlikely to prevent the European Union from introducing its new European carbon border tax or persuade Brussels to adopt amendments. However, Russian firms are aiming to adopt a clear position before the tax comes into force, they say.
