Rosneft Gets Italian Partners for Indian Refinery

An Italian investment group, Genera Group Holding, is poised to acquire a stake in the Nayara Energy refiner in India from Tendril Ventures, the 50-50 joint venture between trader Trafigura and Russian-backed United Capital Partners. Tendril owns a 49.13% stake in Nayara, which operates the 402,000 barrel per day Vadinar plant.
