As the LNG industry jostles for a place at the transition table, Singapore LNG importer Pavilion Energy is spearheading efforts on carbon neutrality, working with QatarEnergy and Chevron on a methodology that calculates and reports greenhouse gas emissions associated with LNG cargoes from wellhead to discharge terminal.
