A colder than average winter weather is practically a certainty for Northern Asia due to the La Nina weather phenomenon. That, in turn, will drive up LNG demand in an extremely tight market, trading house Vitol’s global head of LNG Pablo Galante Escobar said at an industry gathering Wednesday.
