  • Angola unveiled a larger December program after stop-and-go November buying.
  • Nigerian differentials have strengthened, but delays continue at several terminals.

Sellers of West African crude are well positioned to start trading in December-loading cargoes with Angola supported in key market China, and Nigeria supported in both Europe and India.

North Sea trading has not been particularly brisk, as the January program includes four cargoes deferred from December: three cargoes of Troll and one of Brent Ninian Blend.
