UK Sets Grand Strategy as It Prepares to Host COP26

With less than two weeks to go until COP26, the UK government — which is hosting the talks — has unveiled a net-zero emissions strategy. It hopes this will encourage others to step up with new commitments and detailed plans to achieve them at the crucial climate talks in Glasgow.
