Rosneft Finalizes Deal With Vitol

Rosneft said it has closed a previously announced deal to sell a 5% stake in the Vostok Oil venture in Russia's Arctic onshore region to trading firm Vitol and Singapore-based Mercantile & Maritime Energy.
