Russian oil reserves are not in decline, and the country has enough resources underground to produce at current levels for the next 30 years at least provided the pace of exploration remains stable, Igor Shpurov, general director of the State Commission for Mineral Reserves (GKZ), told Energy Intelligence in an exclusive interview.
