Putin Blames Energy Crisis on Transition 'Hysteria'

Russian President Vladimir Putin said the energy crisis in Europe was due to "hysteria and some confusion" caused by moving ahead with the energy transition at too fast a pace and underinvestment in hydrocarbons.
