Petrofac Reaches Plea Deal on UK Bribery Charges

UK-listed energy services company Petrofac said it has reached a plea agreement with the UK's Serious Fraud Office (SFO) as it seeks to move on from charges that it paid bribes, via agents, to secure work in Saudi Arabia, Iraq and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
