IAEA: Tepco Urged to Plan for 2030s at Fukushima

The Japanese government and the Tokyo Electric Power Co. (Tepco) should begin planning how they will cope with the long-term challenges of decontaminating and decommissioning the disabled Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant, an official with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) recommended Sep. 20.
