New data obtained by Energy Intelligence shows that Russia's gas condensate production fell by 20% in August, which indicates that the country's crude oil production exceeded its Opec-plus ceiling for that month.

Russian crude oil exports are set to rise in October-December as production increases and domestic demand subsides.
