Iraq Passes Budget, Formalizing KRG Oil Deal

Iraq's parliament has passed a 2021 budget that formalizes an agreement between Baghdad and the autonomous Kurdistan region to share oil revenues. The budget is based on an oil price of $45 per barrel and average crude exports of 3.25 million barrels per day.
