Oil & Money 2008
The New Realities of High-Cost Oil

October 28-29, 2008
InterContinental London Park Lane, UK

Oil & Money 2008: Why you need to attend

The Oil & Money Conference, hosted by Energy Intelligence and the International Herald Tribune, is an annual industry summit where the world’s most influential decision-makers examine the macroeconomic and geopolitical issues that are shaping the international oil and gas industries. This year’s conference theme, The New Realities of High-Cost Oil, will assess the current and future trends affecting the global energy business, especially how it impacts and is impacted by a politically charged and economically fragile world. Topics to be addressed include the effect of national oil companies on oil supply and demand, the prospects and challenges presented by strong upstream activity, the future of natural gas and new carbon economies, and energy and foreign policy.

A Conference Designed for Leaders, Experts and Industry Giants

A distinguished roster of panelists leads the two-day session through lively exchanges centering on issues of critical importance to all market sectors, the exchange of confidential insights, and the opportunity to network with the industry’s greatest leaders. Attendees are drawn from the ranks of senior executives at major oil and gas companies — both state-owned and publicly traded — government leaders, financial planners, energy analysts, traders and consultants from virtually every major oil- and gas-producing and consuming nation.
