Two commissioning cargoes are on their way to the first LNG receiving terminal on the west coast of North America, Sempra's 1 billion cubic foot per day (7.5 million ton per year) Costa Azul facility on Mexico's Baja California peninsula, shipping sources tell WGI. Sempra isn't saying, but one is expected to be from Qatargas -- possibly a Q-flex -- and the other is to be loaded on the Bluesky in Trinidad and discharged in the third week of April...
